What is Earth Dance?
Earth Dance is a shamanic movement practice where we connect with the elements of nature, power animals and archetypal energies to activate the life force in our bodies. We connect with our beloved Earth and ancestors to find deeper connection with our roots. We dance and release stagnation from our bodies to feel our Wild nature. We use different sounds to liberate our full being and potential as multi-dimensional human beings. Earth Dance is a method to find our fullest expression as human beings.
What is Shamanic Meditations?
Shamanic Meditations are meditations and journeys where we travel into the inner realms of Spirit to discover more love, harmony, unity, empowerment and direct knowledge. Juuso sings and uses different instruments to create a magical space where we can discover new realities and connect with the full spectrum of Life. Encounters with the healing beings of the spirit world can bring true transformation into our lives and insight into unconscious aspects of our being. Healing and a sense of liberation are often experienced during these sessions and our connection to Life and Nature afterwards is enhanced significantly.
What makes these classes unique?
These online classes have been created based on Juuso’s life’s work and own healing path integrating the shamanic path with embodied practices, sound healing and energy healing modalities, sufi practices, buddhism, daoism, deep psychological understanding of parts work and development of Self among other things.
Each class is essentially a ceremony that is guided by our Higher Selves. We come together as a tribe connected with the web of Life and the whole Earth to discover and create something new together.
The classes are held on Mondays intentionally so that we can begin the new week from a place of deeper connection, embodiment and life force.
